When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within two to three business days after your order is placed, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
*Étoile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping. If you are an international customer and interested in our product, drop us a line to let us know!
How do I return or exchange an item?
It’s easy! To return an item within the 14 day time frame, simply shoot us an email at contact@shop-etoile.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Please see Return Policy for more details.
How do I use promo codes?
Simply add your items to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, you’ll see “Have a promo code?” Just click the plus sign, type in the code and hit “Apply.” Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected under your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the “Promotions” line. Please be advised that only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions may apply.
