RETURN POLICY
Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at

You must email for any exchanges and we will give you instructions on where to send the merchandise and a RA number.
Étoile does not offer refunds. We will exchange your unworn/unused item for another item of equal or lesser value, or store credit, if you contact us within 14 days of the original purchase. You pay for return shipping. We do not reimburse for the initial or return shipping fees, and you pay for shipping on your new or exchanged item(s). All items bought during a sale or sale items are final sale. Items must have tags attached and clothing may not be worn. All jewelry, hats, and accessories are final sale. Pre-orders may not be cancelled. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please be aware that pre-orders can arrive early or after the anticipated arrival date posted with the item. *Étoile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE no exchange.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Flash Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags + Belts.
- Swimwear, Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
- Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
